• Verify your identity and relationship to missing persons
• Cooperate with law enforcement and authorized personnel
• Report any found persons or resolved cases immediately

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Harass, stalk, or threaten individuals
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with ongoing investigations
• Access unauthorized areas of the platform
• Distribute malware or harmful content

Emergency Situations

In emergency situations, always contact emergency services (112) or SAPS (10111) immediately. Missing People South Africa is not a substitute for emergency response services and should not be relied upon for immediate assistance.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our services or users.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. However, information related to active missing person cases may be retained as necessary for ongoing search efforts and legal compliance.

Voluntary Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Please note that termination may not immediately remove all information if it is part of an active case or required for legal purposes.
